LED lights
Conveniently located to serve the areas of Santa Monica and Los Angeles
LED lights have been around since the 1960s and to date, there exists much evidence in support of LED treatments as a safe and effective method of skin rejuvenation, treatment of acne, and other skin conditions. Different wavelengths of the visible light spectrum correspond to different colors of LED light and penetrate the skin to different each with a different physiological effect.

Types of LED Light Treatment
Blue Light (423nm)
Blue light is often used for acne and can kill the bacteria responsible for acne. It can also affect oil glands production, leading to less congestion that leads to acne. By reducing activity in the sebaceous glands, Blue LED light is most often used to treat acne. Additionally, Blue light may also kill acne-causing bacteria, Cutibacterium acnes.
Red light (640nm)
Usually used to reduce inflammation and redness, red light can activate skin cells called fibroblasts, which are responsible for making collagen, and reducing fine lines and signs of aging. Because red LED light stimulates collagen production, it can be used to accelerate wound healing, and enhance recovery from resurfacing laser procedures. Scientific studies have shown that red LED light therapy can tighten skin and reduce wrinkles and fine lines, leading to smoother and softer-feeling skin.
Blue & Red Light
At times, blue and red light are used in combination to help fight acne — the blue light targeting the bacteria and the red light aimed at reducing the inflammation that causes redness.
Furthermore, red light may help to restore hair for those with hormonal hair loss, referred to as or male- and female-pattern hair loss.
Yellow Light (583nm)
Yellow light is effective in improving cell oxygenation, promoting microcirculation, and promoting lymphatic discharge. It helps to improve skin roughness and may help with redness.
Infrared light (810 nm)
Infrared light is effective for reducing the signs of aging by enhancing tone and boosting collagen production. This spot is invisible to the human eye.
